Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
🔄 Defective or Damaged Products
We will happily replace any defective or broken product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email with supporting pictures as proof of damage. Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
📦 Return Process
- Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged product.
- Once your images are reviewed and approved, ship the product back to us within 7 days.
- Return shipping from your end is not covered by us.
- After receiving the item, we will dispatch a fresh replacement within the applicable time limit.
💳 Order Cancellation & Refunds
If an order is cancelled or modified — either by the customer or by Tohfa Cutestuff — a refund will be issued for the applicable amount.
Online Refunds are credited to the original payment source and may take 7–10 working days to reflect.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee applies if the customer cancels an order.
Customised Orders: Cancellations on customised orders will be charged 50% of the total order amount.
🚫 No Exchange Policy
Any type of exchange is not allowed once a sale has been completed.
