Return & Refund Policy

Wholesale Policy Notice: Tohfa Cute Stuff operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier. All sales are made in bulk quantities. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as our return and refund terms differ from standard retail purchases.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong color category).
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
- Products are in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after order is placed.
- Minor color variations due to different screen displays — slight variation in shades is natural in handcrafted products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Orders where the return window of 48 hours has passed.
- Custom or personalized orders placed with specific branding.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos or a video of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure the packaging is also visible in the images.

Verification
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether your return is approved based on the evidence provided.
Return Shipment
If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on returning the items. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Replacement or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a replacement shipment or refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer, or the payment gateway used during checkout.
Refund Timeline
5–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the order is affected, a proportional partial refund or replacement will be arranged.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order via WhatsApp or email.
Prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
